installation on concrete and especially important for cold, damp applications
like basement preparation. This tool quickly dries concrete to allow the
PermaFlex to be applied easier by reducing the viscosity of the liquid
PermaFlex. As a bonus, at the same time the torch totally dries the surface,
burns away oily bond breakers and eliminates any possibility of under
estimating the dampness of the concrete. The advantages of using this
tool are beyond measure and is highly recommended for all SANI-TRED concrete
applications where any traces of moisture may be present.
